Encantada del lugar, la tranquilidad, la comida muy rica, en general mi estancia fue increíble, sin duda voy a regresar, como sugerencia el personal que atiende podria ser más servicial.
Para mí la atención fue muy buena en todos los aspectos! Nuestro aire acondicionado no funcionaba e inmediatamente nos cambiaron de habitación, la comida es deliciosa y los meseros son muy amables, en especial Luis, lo único que no me gustó es que un día nos tocó la alberca muy sucia. La verdad si volvería a hospedarme aquí!
Una experiencia maravillosa . El servicio del hotel es de primera, todo el personal es muy atento y cordial. La comida es deliciosa, con muy buen sabor. Se conecta con la naturaleza, en mi estancia había tortugas. Sin duda, un lugar para descansar que vale mucho la pena en Acapulco.
El hotel cuenta con una vista excelente la atención por parte del personal es de lo mejor, todos son muy amables. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, pese a que aún se están haciendo trabajos en el hotel la tranquilidad es una de sus ventajas. Se aprecia tanto el amanecer como el atardecer. Si se tiene suerte hasta puedes participar en la liberación de tortugas. ¡Muy recomendado!
We came to Playa Ventura from Acapulco: a long drive but that is all worth it, if you end up in Casa Tecata! Caesar welcomed us with a great smile, showing us the whole structure, that is very cozy. We even thought to stay a night there, but the rooms were all booked. There is a nice swimming pool; the food and drinks are delicious and the prices very honest. The beach is fantastic, to walk on or to lie down and the waves are all to enjoy!!! The sunset is spectacular. All in all a great day spent in a beautiful place.
Beautiful boutique hotel with a relaxing ambiance. The hotel features a private beach, bar and restaurant. The food is made to order and of fine quality with generous portions. The seafood is freshly bought from the local fishermen.The staff is tentative, friendly and maintain the property clean. My wife and I visited in March and saw a few whales while we ate breakfast. Regularly, in the evenings just before sunset, the local wildlife refuge releases baby turtles and allows hotel guests to help.
